Win Tickets to a Dinner Hosted by Matt Smith


The National Youth Theatre are offering three pairs of tickets to "A Shepherd's Delight" on Monday 3 December 2012 hosted by Matt Smith.  The minimum bid is £350 per pair and the full press release reads:
We are offering three pairs of tickets to A Shepherd’s Delight on Monday 3 December 2012 hosted by Matt Smith, NYT’s newest Patron and Britain’s favourite Doctor Who at Shepherd’s Restaurant, Westminster, London SW1.  This exclusive dinner for only 80 people (or 79 and Matt) will raise funds for National Youth Theatre of Great Britain, the world’s first youth theatre.  If you want to help NYT continue to discover epic talent or you want to mingle with NYT alumni including Matt, Luke Treadaway (Attack The Block) and Sophie Ellis-Bextor, these tickets are for you. 
This one-time-only experience will begin at 6.30pm with a champagne and cocktails reception.  A three-course dinner will be served at 7.30pm and the evening will include an auction of brilliant prizes, entertainment from current NYT stars and a DJ set by Mr and Mrs Jones (aka Sophie Ellis-Bextor and Richard Jones of The Feeling).  Please note that these tickets can only be used by those aged 18 and over. 
The three highest bids will each win one pair of tickets. 
BIDDING WILL CLOSE AT 08:00 ON WEDNESDAY 28 NOVEMBER 2012

Your email should include: 
- Your maximum bid.  Your bid must equal or exceed the reserve price of £350 (per pair of tickets).  If you are one    of the three highest bidders, your bid will be executed in an amount not exceeding the maximum amount you specified.- Your name, address and daytime phone number. 
TERMS & CONDITIONS 
Please note that this Lot may only be used by someone aged 18 or over. 
We will be updating the website regularly with the highest bidder information so keep checking back to see where it stands.
Email bids will close at 08:00 on Wednesday 28 November 2012. 
The winning bidders will be notified by National Youth Theatre by 18:00 on Wednesday 28 November 2012. Payment will need to be received by National Youth Theatre of GB by close of business on Thursday 29 November 2012 to secure your Lot.  Payment can be made by MasterCard, Visa or bank transfer only.
If you are one of the winning bidders and National Youth Theatre is not able to contact you by 18:00 on Wednesday 28 November 2012, you may forfeit your prize. 
Acceptance by National Youth Theatre at the end of the silent auction of a bid made by each winning bidder made in compliance with the relevant requirements forms a binding contract between National Youth Theatre and each bidder for the purchase of the relevant Lot. The winning bidders have no right to withdraw from the contract once his/her bid has been accepted by National Youth Theatre. 
Due to the spontaneous nature of the event, National Youth Theatre reserves the right to make any alteration to the Lot without prior notification to the winning bidder and without incurring any liability to the winning bidder consequent upon any such discontinuance or variation.
